Members of the general public will be provided with an opportunity to speak about the proposed increase to the Building Permit Fees.

Staff would like to determine if any Council members are planning on attending the ROMA 2020 Conference, and which delegations they would like to request.

The Council of the Municipality of Brockton will enter into Closed Session to address matters pertaining to:

  • Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Staffing Update, Councillor Update, Sewer Consideration
  • Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board - Settlement Confirmation
  • Advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Legal Opinion
  • A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiation carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board - Lease Agreement
