A resolution in support of the Association of Ontario Roads Supervisors request for a Municipal Equipment Operator course has been brought forward for adoption from the January 23, 2024 meeting.

The Municipality of Brockton will be closed on Monday, February 19, 2024 for Family Day but invite you to attend a variety of fun activities at the Walkerton Community Centre including breakfast, figure skating showcase, sleigh rides, outdoor activities, free public skate, Battle of the Badges Hockey Game between Walkerton Fire Department and the South Bruce O.P.P., and Walkerton Capitals  vs. Hanover Barons Hockey Game! Staff wish to determine if Council would like to pass a resolution in support of Enbridge Gas Inc. regarding the reduced access to natural gas due to the OEB's decision.

Staff recommend sending a letter in response to the meeting request from the Friends of the Saugeen Municipal Airport noting the prior commitments for Mayor Peabody and indicating they could view the meeting of all three municipal councils to be scheduled in the near future.

Staff wish to determine which members of Council would like to attend the Politicians Meeting on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Elmwood Community Centre.

A Closed Session has not been planned for this Council Meeting.
