Mayor Peabody will make a brief statement of the purpose of the meeting and the general order of proceedings to be followed.

Council will consider the submitted applications from current Members of Council interested in filling the Councillor Vacancy. Candidates will be given 10 minutes each to present to Council, and each Council member can ask each Candidate two (2) questions.

Council will proceed to vote on the candidate they would like to appoint to the position of Councillor.

The new Councillor will swear their Oath of Office.
