The Parks and Recreation Department is excited to update the Recreation Master Plan to guide the provision of recreation services over the next 10 years. Your Input is a critical part of this process to plan for the future of recreation in Brockton! View the Recreation Master Plan project on our community engagement website, Build Your Brockton for more information, and share your thoughts about parks, trails, recreation facilities and programs/events to help us develop a Plan that will best serve the community in our online survey by December 16th.

The Council of the Municipality of Brockton will enter into Closed Session in order to address matters pertaining to:

  • Labour relations or employee negotiations - Staffing Update
  • A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - East Ridge Business Park Sales
  • A position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiation carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board - Proposed Development Agreement
  • Litigation or Potential Litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals - Parking Ticket Matter, Environmental Concern Matter
