Mayor Peabody provided Notice of a Motion relating to Bail Reform for a vote on March 7, 2023

The Council of the Municipality of Brockton will enter into Closed Session in order to address matters pertaining to:

  • Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees - Committee Appointment Recommendation, Property Enforcement Instructions, Water Servicing Proposal
  • A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board - Subdivision Infrastructure Agreement, East Ridge Business Park Agreement
  • Labour relations or employee negotiations - Staffing Update, Staffing Coverage Proposal
  • Advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose - Environmental Contamination Matter, Corporate Reorganization Recommendations
  • A trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labour relations information, supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board, which, if disclosed could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization - Camera Partnership Proposal
